    Rubber Joint

    Product introduction
    • A Rubber Joint is a flexible, stretchable coupling made of natural or synthetic rubber, fluororesin, and reinforced with fibers or metal.
It provides stress relief for piping systems due to thermal and mechanical vibration or displacement when necessary.
It features a single or multiple arch type configuration, which absorbs all kinds of axial, lateral, and angular displacement of the pipe section, as well as vibration and noise reduction and resistance to chemical corrosion.

    • Function

      1) Vibration reduction
      2) Noise reduction
      3) Lateral displacement, torsion, angular displacement correction
      4) Axial displacement correction

    • Advantages

      Minimizing clearance between surfaces
By using the length of the hanger rod, the installation position of the hanger can be adjusted, making maintenance easy. The model according to the load is the same as the C-type.
As the hanger rod supports the hanger, it is less stable than other types.
Careful consideration is required during the design process to avoid interference.

    Detailed configuration
    • Tube

The tube is lined with synthetic or natural rubber to prevent leakage suitable for fluid operating conditions. This is made without any seam from the inside of the product to the end of the flange.
This prevents the occurrence of holes in the body or weakening of the reinforcing fibers. Such tube materials are designed to supplement wear materials such as petroleum products, sewage, and gases.

    • Cover

The cover is formed by natural rubber or synthetic rubber depending on the operating conditions. The main function of the cover is to protect the carcass from external damage or harsh conditions. In the case of special polymers, they can withstand chemical attack from oil, sunlight, ozone, and other oxidizing gases. Additional coatings can also be applied to protect the outer surface of the product.

    • frame

The carcass or body of RUBBER E/J is composed of fibers or, when necessary, reinforced with metal additives.
'- Fiber reinforcement: Fiber reinforcement is a flexible element that maintains the space between the tube and the cover and is typically made of high-quality synthetic fibers. Natural fibers may also be used to some extent in certain pressure and temperature ranges. Layers of rubber or synthetic compounds impregnated in fiber plies enable flexibility between the plies.
'- Metal reinforcement: Inserted into the body with wire or metal rings to maintain joint stiffness. Metal reinforcement is sometimes used to increase the pressure range or provide robustness to the product under vacuum conditions.
